He’s worked with elite athletes in leagues like Super Fight League and IPL’s Delhi Daredevils, and contributed to Gary Kirsten Cricket. Holding an MSc from the University of Sheffield, with over 14 years of experience, he promotes food-based therapy for various health issues and believes “Food Is Medicine.”

Before establishing his practice, Ashish worked for Deloitte Touche as an External Auditor, advising Canadian Hedge Funds on audit and consulting matters.
